Navneet and Tejinder, Founder and Directors of The Gr8 Start Academy, with a collective experience of building three daycares from the ground up, bring not only expertise but a genuine desire to create a home away from home for the children in Day care. Our Facilities & Philosophy
Environment
Government guidelines are followed towards ratios and support staff is available to help when needed. We offer decorated rooms with plenty of interesting toys and materials for your child to play Indoor and Outdoor games. The center is organized so your child can find things easily. A happy and safe environment is our priority.
Values
Our Philosophy at Gr8 Start Academy Daycare & OSC is to provide an environment where Children can learn through 'Play and Exploration'. Children are guided by redirection, talking and explaining cause and effect of their actions.
Parent Involvement
You are welcome to participate in the child care program. Parents are invited to volunteer as book readers, activity leaders and to support on outdoor trips.
Communication
Daily reports are given to parents. Children's development and behaviour is discussed as needed.
Staff
Majority staff is certified as Level 3 or 2 and have prior childcare experience.
